born & educated in california
how likely is a stanford/berkeley/ucla acceptance?

First off, congrats on your awesome LSAT score!
And to answer your question: There's hardly any data for URMs (let alone AAs) in your position, so the information below is as much as I can gather.
It seems like Berkeley and Stanford usually prefer higher GPAs, but it looks like you may have a chance at Berkeley. For some reason, UCLA looks like a strike out, but I'm sure that's probably YP. Are you opposed to applying to other schools and casting your nets more widely?

Your GPA is a little low and CA schools like GPAs, unfortunately. But idk, AA male with 173 and 3.0+ GPA is a huge catch.
Apply everywhere within the T20 and see what happens.

Stanford is iffy. The others will let you in. Berkeley will not adhere to their rigorous cutoff with a 173 AA male. You will also get buckets of money at CCNMVP and will probably get into Harvard
