If you can prep better and believe you can score higher, retake. Score as high as possible. Don't be complacent due to the bump.

+1, unless you sincerely believe you've hit your max score. What were your practice tests like, OP?

Exactly, this. I applied last year with around the same numbers as you (AA female, 162/165, 3.87) and was accepted or waitlisted to all of the T14 schools (minus Northwestern). Your chances with your numbers, as present, are great - but they'll be even better if you can get your LSAT score up some more. If you think you can do it, give it another shot! :)
