First, take the LSAT again.
However, I do know 2 people: one with a 3.55 and a 162 on the LSAT that got into Georgetown; the other with a 3.5 and a 160 that got into Duke. Both AA URMs.

Hey Thanks!! And Yes, I am set up to take it on Saturday.. I pt 165-168, but its something about the test day. Hopefully, I perform better this time. And possibly could secure a spot at these schools. What do you think about my chances for scholarship?? Too low??

Actually, I think you're setting the bar too low. Check this thread out and read all of what Athlone says:

If you can get that score up to at least a 165-168, then you're pretty much golden at HYS.

Are you male? If so even with your first score and GPA you stand an excellent chance at the lower t-14. I personally know an AA male who got into UVA with a similar GPA but lower LSAT, and another with a slightly higher GPA but lower LSAT who got into H and Chicago. Blanket!

Good luck on the test. If you score close to where you're practice testing, you'll likely break into the T6. I had a 3.2/166. I dropped off of wait lists pretty early on, but the highest school I got into last year was NYU. Good luck!

Thank you so much! That means a lot. And makes me a little less nervous. I always get nervous taking standardized tests, but the timing on this is crazier than anything I have ever done lol. RC is my worst section, but I made a strategy that would hopefully allow me to prevail this time around.

Just make sure you're not setting the bar too low. With that GPA, you're on your way to the top 3. I'd like to see you hit at least a 165. With a 165, you'll definitely get into S and have a real good chance at H. You'll only have a decent shot a Y, so if you really want Y, then get that score up to at least a 167.

Thank you blackandstrong. Your words are very encouraging and knowledgeable. I never thought of the top 3. But if I could get there that is where I want to be. Wow, honestly, I thank you!!
