I'm taking the LSAT in December. I'm a AA female with 3.41 gpa. My goal is to get into Columbia but any t14 is fine. I was also the Vice President of 3 orgs on campus and a Americorps member for two years (over 2000 volunteer hrs) idk if these are considered good softs or not. What score should I Strive for?

The highest you can get.
Seriously, though, 165+ will put you in very good shape for CLS, and 160+ for the T14 in general. If you can get 160+ you should be applying to all T14 including HYS; your odds are better with a higher score, but with 160+ you have a real chance.

Ok thanks!! I'm currently pt-ing at about 155. My biggest probs are LGs and RCs. How do you suggest I utilize these next couple months?

Study, take practice tests, follow advice from people in our
LSAT Prep and Discussion Forum. There are a couple threads stickied at the top that give advice on how to improve your LSAT score. Read and ask for LSAT-specific advice there, and lots of other users will help you out.
Two months is plenty of time to improve more than 5 points on the LSAT.
