This cycle or next?

I've been lurking for a while. Quick question on how to proceed with this admission cycle:

LSAC GPA between 3.3-3.5
AA
Decent softs
LSAT PTing ~160

I completed my UG requirements a year early -- I took summer classes every summer. I am still eligible to take fall courses toward my BA because I purposefully didn't register for graduation. Should I:
(1) Study for the Dec LSAT this year and apply this cycle
(2) Take classes at my school and study for the Feb/June LSAT and apply next cycle
(3) Take CC classes and study for the Feb/June LSAT and apply next cycle

Iim aiming as high as possible in the T14. I don't know whether I should just cram for the Dec LSAT and be done with it or try and max out my GPA with a few more classes and do it next year.

2 or 3. Definitely not 1.

Max out your GPA.

Take as much time as you need to peak on the LSAT.

If cost/debt is an issue, take the final classes at CC.
If you would rather pay more to stay at your U a bit longer, do that.
