Mixed, which status gives larger boost?

Hello,
I'm of a mixed racial background and as such I'm wondering would it be more beneficial to put Hispanic or African-American on my applications?

You put both AA and Hispanic because that is what you are. Your AA side will give you the larger boost, however.

Agreed, no reason to fret about this issue. Check both because that's who you are. I'm half MA, half AA and have always checked both boxes.

AA is single digit representation or less at law schools. It is a stronger boost.

If you are a half-African American and half-white male, does it detract from your African American male profile for JD admissions to mark both?
