What are my chances? Assuming I don't retake (I probably will, but I want to see what my chances are as they stand). Chances at a T14? T20ish?

Based on this year, T-14, maybe come off the waitlist, t-20 yes if you have impressive softs.

I wouldn't even bet on T20 with your GPA and LSAT.
Maybe lower T1 or T2. If school rank is really important to you, you should retake.

You are below the GPA median at every T20. You are well below the LSAT median at every T20. Retake.

Apply everywhere (T-14). Write an amazing diversity statement, make your resume look phenomenal. Go to PLSI. T-14s have between 1-6 Natives per class - it could be you! Good luck.
