I am an AA male with 3.84 in Electrical Engineering. Of course I am shooting for a 180 on the LSAT, but what is my range to get in a T14?

Like, 159. But for the love of god, go for as high as you possibly can. A 171 will easily get you a full ride at CCN.

I know you already stated that your goal is 180, and that's great. But just to overemphasis, do not allow yourself to set a lower bar because of your GPA and URM status. Remember that you are competing for scholarships as well as admission. Scoring at or above whatever schools median will likely result in a big scholarship.

Not much. If you don't have any work experience/internships alongside that major, even less.
