3.76 GPA & 170?

Hello,
Subsequent copious hours studying approximately 1.5 years ago for the LSAT, I was PT'ing at about 167-172 but had to put off everything due to a family emergency. Now, I am starting to study again for the LSAT (taking it in October) and hopefully my scores will transcend my past scores as I feel I am much more intelligent now.
I have an undergraduate LSAC GPA of 3.76 from UC Berkeley.
Can anyone give me a rough idea of what schools would be in my range. I have a cousin going to UC Hastings and I think she is trying to deceive me by telling me I'd be "lucky" to get into UC Hastings if that.

Your cousin is rude, and lying. If you get above 169 you should be get one of CCN. If you get 172, really anything is in your sight. If you get 167+, enjoy really anything below T6.

When you get in to a good school, which i'm positive you would even with your current score, make sure to rub that shit in your cousin's face.
Your in good shape now, but a 170 would give you money at just about anywhere, minus HYS. Huge money at lower T14, I would imagine.

You can apply anywhere and expect a good amount of acceptances. Some schools like T10 might be hit and miss, T5 are reacher schools but I would still take a shot. Some may actually waive application fees. You will definitely get a top 30 school with money maybe fullride/almost full rides at even some of the higher ones. Apply everywhere you can and at every top school that waives the costs. Hastings would be a safety school in my opinion.

I have an undergraduate LSAC GPA of 3.76 from UC Berkeley. I am also Mexican-American.

Yeah your cousin must be really jealous of you, because she's either lying or really ignorant. No way you're going somewhere out of the T14. Probably T6. Your GPA and ~170?
Also, dude, just check LSN.

If you get anywhere in your old range, T6. Above it, HYS

keep your GPA where it is, get a 167 or higher, create a really good, well-rounded app (at least 2 great lor's from profs, interesting work/volunteer experience=dope resume, a bomb PS that ties everything together and makes you look awesome) then turn it in mid-late september to the top 10 schools.
