Everywhere in the upper-tier. Blanket the T14! Do about 20-25 applications, mostly in the top-25, but a few in the #25-50 range to be safe. You can go to just about any school, as long as your essays are really well-written and your profile is extremely organized. Your cycle should be a cakewalk. If you need help, PM me.

All of this. Also, it's not necessary, but with a few LSAT points you can get either a few full rides or likely H. Good luck.

Thanks for the advice. I'm thinking about retaking. I was PTing 167-171 and I think I can do better.

H is my dream school. What LSAT score would I need to make me a strong candidate? Thanks

If your goal is H, I wouldn't settle for anything less than a 170. With that said, you have a shot if you're a few points low, but I wouldn't risk it. If you're going to go through the trouble of a re-take, make the most of it.
