Hi everyone! I'm an AA female, Ivy grad, former student-athlete. GPA 3.22/LSAT 159.

Is it too late to apply to other places? Would appreciate any insight!

Sorry, but what does "IBTretake" mean? Retake the LSAT?

yes. bump that lsat up to the mid-high 160s and you have a good shot at much better schools (lower t14 at least)

It is pretty late in the cycle to apply--you risk applications becoming complete in late February and vastly under-performing in terms of acceptances/scholarships. SublimeStyle's advice is true, also.

I got in Ohio State this cycle with similar stats AA Male 158 3.4 hope that helps didn't apply to many of your other schools but did get in W & M and Washington & Lee so maybe if u still really wanted to apply this cycle consider those schools

If you have fee waivers just apply. Honestly, the one thing I've learned from TLS and LSN (lawschoolnumbers.com) is to take everything with a grain of salt. These types of sites attract people who are very much "into" this whole process (including myself

)) and are perhaps a bit more "over achieving. Thus, you will see kids post their 170s and 180s and gasp at the thought of anything below a 165, especially if you are considering a t14. Truth be told, the information posted on here is not the end-all-be-all. One of my friends attends Cornell - granted she had a pretty good GPA, she still only scored a 157 on her LSAT (and as the common example goes around here "she did not cure cancer"...ughh that line annoys me...anyway

). And i'm sure there have been plenty top law admits who applied in Feb. Basically my point is, take a chance. You miss 100% of the shots you do not take. And if you're spiritual, just know that God sees your resolve and determination. And when you do everything you can do, that’s when God will step in and do what you can’t
