Native American Applying to top 14- Retake LSAT?

Hi, I'm a NA applicant with 3.4/166 from HYP. I have taken the LSAT once. Do I have shot this cycle at top 14 or should I wait to take the LSAT again and apply next year? I would love a chance at NYU and Penn, and of course, would prefer to apply this year. Thanks for your help and advice. I'm enrolled in my tribe with a lifelong involvement in the Native community.

If you want this year, and are not registered to retake in December, apply everywhere immediately. If you're flexible, and are sure that you can score better, I would retake and sit out until the next cycle. But as is, I think being NA is a huge plus, and would be surprised if you didn't get into at least 1 of the T14.
