Should you change or tailor your DS for Michigan?

As in kind of answering the question for essay # 7 or just put in the standard DS.

I like my DS, but it's written more in a story format than a direct answer to Michigan's question and I really don't want to change the way it's written. I think it's message will be diminished if I change it.

Any thoughts?

I wrote a new statement. I actually think it's better than my DS.

I would try to write a new one. If you don't like it then just send what you have.

Seems like Essay 5 and 7 of the app are the DS ones... and 7 seems to be asking for a standard DS. Personally, I would tailor the essay, but no need for a new one if your DS is strong.

I just kept mine as is. I figure after tailoring my PS and writing a Why Mich, it would be overkill.
