I understand Cubans are not "URM", but some schools (e.g. Cardozo) dont ask for specifics regarding which nationality. I only need to reply Hispanic/Latino

I have replied Hispanic/Latino on my LSAT,SAT, Undergrad Applications etc...

Will I get URM Status?

doubt it. are you not submitting a DS? if not, they have no reason to think you're a URM in any way, and would very likely NOT err on the side of assuming you are. i mean, why would they?

if you are, then they'll know you're not mexican/PR and would just give you whatever boost being cuban entails (i dont know how much/what that is myself).
