Need help with my DS

Hey all,

I am struggling to cut down and perfect my diversity statement before I submit it. Would anyone be willing to read it and give me tips about things i could truncate and improve??

I would really appreciate it!! PM me for details. I'm a little leery of posting the whole thing in a publicly accessible forum...

About 3.5 pages. OK I posted it here. Any feedback ppl have would be really appreciated!!! I am looking to cut and perfect this before I submit it!
