So I have my 3 letter of rec's in already, but I am highly considering ED'ing depending on my LSAT score. One of my recommenders is willing to pretty much write me another letter that has A BIT more emphasis (school's name inserted in a couple spots and showing how the location is ideal for me) towards the school that I want to ED. Do you guys think this would be helpful or is it probably not going to make a difference? Thanks in advance.

You have a 3.9GPA, URM and are thinking of applying ED somewhere?

A true, binding ED application may well cost you any scholarship, and I'd think you can expect some decent scholarship options if you hit the high 160s. If you get below that, I'd recommend retaking and getting that money rather than applying ED.
