I intend on applying to law school in November of this year. here are my stats

UGPA 2.3
LSAT: taking in October
Grad School:3.6 GPA

6 schools applying to:
Tulane
LSU
Loyola(N.O.)
Southern University
U of Houston
Texas Southern

Now here is the problem I am currently in grad school. I have been in grad school for a year now..... it is becoming costly so im sitting out in the fall so that I can really prep myself for the LSAT( which i've already been doing.) in October. My main focus on going to law school was the show the adcomms at these prospective schools that I can handle the course work and that I am not that same person who made that 2.3 undergrad GPA anymore. Is this a good idea by not attending grad school and putting myself in debt more by attending another of school. I am currently in a LSAT prep course at Loyola N.O. and I have been getting 155's on the practice so..... idk ... any advice just want to know if I'm doing the right thing

Read the LG / LR Bibles, take as many practice tests as possible and keep taking them.

with a 2.3 you're going to need to drastically raise your LSAT to have a chance at Houston or Tulane especially. Your graduate program counts as a soft when applying to law school.

I'd be aiming for a 165 minimum if I were you.
