I know that I'm not considered a URM, but would admission committees view my foreign citizenship as a plus or a minus? Or am I in the same boat as everyone else? Are there particular schools who have reputation for accepting more international students?

my profile:

-graduated in 2010 (3.8GPA (LSAC calculated) in electrical engineering) from a top 20 public school in the US
-currently working in my country
-English is my second language
-I'm the first in my family to pursue higher education

It might help you write a creative diversity statement, and I'm sure you have unique experiences to make yourself a "better" or "more complete applicant". But most likely it will make no difference at all.
