Columbia Reserve group
Do URMs on this list see much positive movement, or is it (being hopeful of gaining admission via Reserve) pretty much a lost cause?

Probably a lot depends on how borderline of a candidate you are. I personally don't have high hopes, partly because in Colombia's waitlist thread some people got handwritten notes on their reserve decision. It's being assumed they have a leg up during the waitlist process.
