Hey guys. So I am helping this girl at my school with the admissions process. She is a junior international student from Africa. She'll have a 3.9 lsdas GPA at the end of this semester.

I just started working with her on the lsat. She's about to take her first diagnostic over winter break. I'm having her aim high. She's going to have a great GPA, PS, and letters of Rec, so the lsat will be the last thing she needs.

I'm not that familiar with URM boosts.

Can I tell her realistically a 165 will giver her a good shot at CCN? (She really wants NYC.)

Shot for a 170+

I'm not 100% sure whether African gets boost as AA, but I'm pretty sure it does.

Mid 160's will be lower T14, outside shot at T6. Upper 160's will be good shot at CCN. 170+ will be CCN with shot at HYS. 172+ looking good for HYS, or at least as good as anyone can look.
