LEOP- UC Hastings

I am applying for LEOP at UC Hastings, and I am wondering if anyone has any advice for filling out the questions. Are you filling out each question individually and then writing a separate essay (like a diversity statement)?

Well there's already an optional diversity statement to write, so i kind of assumed you just answer the questions individually.

Thats what I did. I just went through and answered each question (they all ended up being mini essays) and then attached the separate LEOP essay (diversity statement) to my file as well.
