Chances at USC are very good. Chances at UCLA are slightly worse. Apply to some T14 schools OP. Just remember, if you aren't getting rejection letters, then you aren't applying high enough.

Being a URM at your numbers range is very unpredictable. I don't think anyone will be able to speak to your exact situation but some general advice is to apply to a much wider range of schools than a standard applicant, and obviously write a DS.

Yeah I can't really find anything concrete to indicate where i stand. Is it appropriate to write a Diversity statement if your personal statement discusses my heritage/Socio-economic background? Or would that be redundant?
My PS is half personal and half cultural with work experience and "why law" overtones. My DS is strictly diversity/adversity/cultural exchange. I don't feel they are redundant as they both cover different areas of my cultural experiences. I think it works, but I could be wrong.
