I'm actually in the same boat as you, though I have a lower GPA 3.3 but am looking to get a higher LSAT. LSN is a pain as people often don't select what URM category they are, so it's often difficult to find out what your chances are.

I agree. You might as well apply everywhere if you are a URM and you get over a 160 LSAT, that seems to be the message here.
