What are my chances?

So I'm currently in the process of finally starting my law school applications. However, I don't trust law school predictor because it is not a representative sample of "URM's" who apply to law school.
Anyways I need help deciding where to apply, If anyone can give me some targets, safeties and reaches or maybe ED advice?
p.s. I'm currently not looking at a retake since I don't want to deal with the stress while going to school and working a ton of hours.
My Stats are:
LSAC 3.20 (included remedial classes and pretty much destroyed me)
Degree GPA: 3.47
Lsat:158 ( I got pwned on the reading comp this time around..which sucks)
I'm a Mex. Am. Male
Softs: 5 years work experience (working 40-50 hours to help support family)
currently working at a law firm, did an externship with the Court.
First in my family to graduate college; grew up socio-economically disadvantaged. Went to shitty inner city schools hence the remedial courses in college.
P.S. I'm omitting some of my special softs as they would probably out me. Have at it!
