mexican-american 3.09 gpa 158 lsat what schools to consider?

I had hoped to attend a school in Northern California. UC Davis in particular...but with my stats i dont think i can make it.
i live in Southern California (Inland Empire). Do I have a chance of attending a decent school in the north? Should I consider out of state?
I really need some advice.
