Which part? I get in trouble when I reply without fully understanding what's being said. If you mean the part about the Northeast, no, I know racism is alive anywhere there's people. I meant it was sluggish enough that you didn't have people putting white pride bumper stickers on their trucks.

Creating a thread to get other URMs to persuade you to feel less guilty about Affirmative Action is just to me. No one is putting a gun to your head to check black. Check other, write a DS, don't check anything. Every thread like this is basically another 'justify AA thread' however it's couched.

Why should people feel ashamed or uncomfortable about it? It's just ridiculous.
