Are Cambodians and other SE Asians considered URMs?

I've come across a few different opinions in regards to the URM status of South East Asians. I happen to be Cambodian, didn't submit a diversity statement but mentioned it in my PS. Looking for a consensus as to whether Cambodians and/or other southeast asians are URMs and if the "boost" is applicable. Been searching all over the web but there just aren't too many statistics around. Information direct/or indirect from prior admissions officials would be most helpful. Thanks all.

Sorry, no Asians are considered URM... only African Americans, Native Americans, and Hispanics get a URM boost. You might get a small bump from diversity, basically like an extra soft, but you would have to write about it in a diversity statement.

Also, general consensus is only Mexican and Puerto Rican get a noticeable boost, not Other Hispanic.
