I like you OS. I can't relate to how you think, but I like you.

As a fellow Miami UG alum, it really really is gorgeous. And the Law School has a nice building, even if it's not new. They have a really nice patio in the center with all of the palm trees and it's just awesome.rcsbball11 wrote:I went to UMiami for undergrad and the campus is gorgeous...the law school building itself is a little dated, but the campus is basically a tropical paradise.

In my defense I was trolling for my future law school, though our current mud pit does have a certain earthy qualitydresden doll wrote:Wow, even a 'best campus' thread can't go over without people trolling for their school. Come on now, everyone - NYU isn't all that pretty and neither are Fordham, CLS or Berkeley. And we weren't voting for 'best location' either - we were voting for best campus (or else Berkeley wins in a landslide as far as I'm concerned - no city like SF).
The same way you do it on a website, I would imagine. <a href = "hyperlink reference address">lawlover829 wrote:Someone post a pic up of UVA.
I don't know how to do it.
It makes me sad
Any school that is surrounded by the city of New Haven will never, ever win a campus beauty contest. Ever.cornellbeez wrote:Yale.
Except for the fact that it's a campus beauty contest, referring specifically to the campus and not to its surroundings. Yale Law School (and Yale more generally) is architecturally fantastic.coolkatz321 wrote:Any school that is surrounded by the city of New Haven will never, ever win a campus beauty contest. Pretty quick to loosen your standards, d00d.cornellbeez wrote:Yale, Michigan, and Cornell.
I consider the surroundings part of the campus...well, at least in my rankings of the best campus. YLS is an incredible building, there's no doubt about that; however (to me at least), the fact that it's in New Haven severely detracts from it being one of the best campuses.excelsiorcaelo wrote:Except for the fact that it's a campus beauty contest, referring specifically to the campus and not to its surroundings. No good?cornellbeez wrote:Sorry I didn't include Boalt...oh wait, that's right, this is the BEST law school campus thread.
LULZ.Wow I think I'm really liking Michigan and Cornell. NYU has a great location in the Village. If you can afford to live there, you likely won't be disappointed. The law building I saw at NYU is pretty nice also, but I'm not as excited about the place since I'm from the city, although the program is obviously excellent. Pepperdine's campus seems awesome, but i must admit i don't know much about the school. UConn seems nice...but I hear it's in the middle of nowhere and I'd have to more research on the program. what about harvard law? how's the campus? and upenn?

The sad part is, this isn't just a "bad" one-off picture...dresq wrote:No good?cornellbeez wrote:Sorry I didn't include Boalt...oh wait, that's right, this is the BEST law school campus thread.
yup. boalt's campus is pretty underwhelming: both the building and its location in berkeley on a one way street. anyone seen the haas school of business at berkeley? now that's a money campus.cornellbeez wrote:The sad part is, this isn't just a "bad" one-off picture...dresq wrote:No good?cornellbeez wrote:Sorry I didn't include Boalt...oh wait, that's right, this is the BEST law school campus thread.
