Eh, sort of middling. You're not as in demand as an EE/CompE, but you're about as in demand as a MechE, and more in demand than someone with just a B.S. in Bio or Chemistry. How you stack up against CompSci majors is largely going to turn on how Bilski comes out.

A B.S.E.E. with a physics minor (or major) is probably going to be your best bet if you want to follow the physics route.
