What academics in constitutional law are the top. Obv. Tribe or Amar but who else?

The last Leiter rankings basically list the most influential, though it's obviously tilted towards older, often retiredish scholars like Tribe and Tushnet and that doesn't necessarily mean "best minds"

Of the young generation (people in their ~30s) I'd be surprised if anyone is even close to Will Baude in cite count, though I might be forgetting someone. I'd guess maybe Jamal Greene and Steve Sachs are next?

I’m biased but I think I’ve got to be up there.

+1 on Will Baude and Steve Sachs. Maybe Josh Blackman.

Blackman isn't operating in the same universe as Sachs and Baude.

Fair. I'd put Richard Epstein, Orin Kerr, and Volokh on Will Baude level.

I'd also toss in James Stern of W&M.
