Stetson Law vs Nova Southeastern

Hello,
I am genuinely asking for your opinion on this matter! I currently live in the south Florida area and want to practice in the south Florida region in the future. Stetson law offered me a scholarship of $30,000 (need to maintain a 2.3 GPA), but I am also re-taking the LSAT this April to see if I can receive more money. Nova offered me $5,000 for my first year and it's renewable based on my performance in law study. Which school do you think is better and why?

Stetson Law:

Nova Law:

Stats:
3.6 GPA
150 LSAT

Thanks!

What kind of law do you want to practice, and what salary do you expect to earn after graduating?

Check out lst score reports. Look at employment rates and geographic placement.

Also, general rule is don't take conditional scholarships. Either negotiate it away or don't go. They're too risky.

Comeon. Evidently, you didn’t try that hard in college. Regardless of whether my assumption is true, just try hard at the LSAT. Please. Just try. I PROMISE it will be worth it.

A 3.6 isn't "didn't try hard in college" territory. (Though I agree they should retake the LSAT.)

I'm assuming objct was trying some kind of reverse-psychology thing on OP, because I definitely agree it takes effort to get a 3.6. Yes, there's grade inflation at the vast majority of colleges, but a party animal's still more likely to end up with something close to 3.0.

Don’t go to either. Maybe Miami or UF but the two being discussed are dumpster fires, going for free isn’t worth it.
