This site has been around for a few years in one iteration or another, but I believe the median income and debt breakdowns based on degree is very new.
https://collegescorecard.ed.gov/
I was able to see that the median income for a graduate from Campbell Law (my poorest of choices) was only about 43k a year after graduation (lower than the doc review rate for NC). The median debt is 144k. In my experience those numbers seem accurate.
Hope this help in making future decisions.
