UM Miami Scholars Program

I am currently being interviewed for UM's Miami Scholars program. This program also offers a full-tuition scholarship for any one that is accepted into it. Has anyone that participated in the program or know someone that did tell me a little bit about their experience? I don't believe that scholarships are stackable, and don't think I can even receive anything that surpasses the price of tuition so I want to see the pros and cons of being part of such a program versus just accepting my Dean's Scholarship.
I am not 100% set on Miami because I have also been accepted into FIU with a full-tuition scholarship and UF with about 60% of tuition covered. I live in Tampa so I would have to move to attend any of the schools.
