Foreign LLM

Hi all,
Foreign attorney here, looking to study an LLM in the US to take the bar to open my options job wise. Currently living in NYC and working in anti-corruption and money laundering.
Currently have offers from:
UIUC (good scholarship)
SMU (good scholarship)
Indiana (scholarship)
Still waiting on:
Texas
Vanderbilt
Boston College
Didn't apply to NYC schools as too expensive and prefer smaller programs. Would be happy to live in Texas or even work in the DC area. Chicago would be OK but not in the long run, as weather is too cold.
I have read a lot of discussions re regional vs national schools but not sure that would also be true for LLM programs. Texas and Vanderbilt seem to be very good programs but it boils down to financial aid.
Any thoughts would be welcome.
