Wake Forest vs. UW-Madison vs. Retake?

I received 32,000/yr from Wake Forest leaving me paying around 10,000 a year there.
I received 28,000 at Wisconsin, leaving me paying a little more than I would at Wake Forest.
Ideally, upon graduation, I would like to work at a Biglaw firm in Washington DC. I know this is definitely a long shot given the schools where I am considering attending. Although I would prefer DC, I would like to note that location is not really a factor. As long as I can get into a big law firm, I am ok working anywhere.
I am currently 19 years old and decided I wanted to go to law school very suddenly, so I didn't have as much time as I would have liked to study for the LSAT. My current numbers are 161, 3.52.
Is it worth attending any of these schools? If so, which one should I attend? Also, is graduating this year and then waiting a year to try to kill the LSAT worthwhile? Any advice would be greatly appreciated as I am honestly very confused. Thanks!
