Biglaw goals, would be equally happy in Texas/NYC.
Cornell has a really great program in what I want to practice. It's my academic ideal, better in prestige, but is nearing prohibitively expensive - I'm debt-financing.
UT is a little large for my taste, but way cheaper and I rank Austin quality of life >>>> that of Ithaca.
Tested 2-3 points below PT average, but my GPA is pretty low for these schools (3.62) and if I screw up the retake I'm unsure if I could still get in/get these offers.

What are your actual costs of attendance here?
And what is your LSAT?
