I went to UT. I don't think it makes sense over WUSTL here.

I don't think either are justifiable at the debt loads you're talking about. You'll be pushing 150K in debt.

Goals? SLU might be the right move. If you want STL I don't think Texas makes sense over WUSTL

WUSTL based on what you said. Not too far from a full ride (~50K away I think), it's home for you, and it should give you an advantage getting a job where you want to be. Living is cheap. Don't do SLU to save 50K, not worth it.
