Is cost a consideration at all here? As in would H really set you back financially or are you really privileged?

I'd also like more details on the financial situation. Based on what you're currently saying, I'd go with NYU, but it really depends on what Harvard offers. I don't see any reason to go to Berkeley over NYU if you already have a strong networking base in NY.
