What schools would Notre Dame consider to be a "peer institution?"

I have a 13k per year higher scholarship offer from Emory and was wondering if they would take that into consideration for scholarship negotiation purposes? Was also wondering if BC, William and Mary, and Washington and Lee would be considered Notre Dame peer schools?

I'd imagine they would definitely consider Emory, but not sure about the others.

Not as strong as Emory but if you got a ton more money at those schools include the scholarships in your negotiation email. Id say BC is your second best bet after Emory because they have comparable biglaw+fedclerk placement. ND probably doesn't care about W&M.
