Whittier vs Western vs Southwestern

Advice?
1. Whittier 21k tuition scholarship for part time program
2. Western State 24k tuition scholarship for part time program
3. Southwestern 0 tuition scholarship for part time program
I live in Orange County and have 2 kids and a husband. I'd like to practice in a Orange County. All these schools have a budget posted of about 60k to attend per year with 30k of that being tuition alone.
My concerns:
1. I've heard Whittier is going out of business and has low bar pass rates
2. Western State is less known in the community but has higher bar pass rates and employment rate
3. Southwestern seems to have a better reputation than the other two,
I took the LSAT June 2016 scored 151.
Thank you in advance!

What kind of law do you want to practice?
I have a hunch that the answer is "None of the above," but there are some hyper-specific answers that might make a free degree from one of these dumpster fires (assuming you can work part-time to cover the rest of your expenses) worth it.

All these schools have below 50% chance of getting any legal job at all according to LST. Western gives you the highest chance at 40% which is terrible. Everyone here will tell you not to go but if you are going to go anyway, Western seems like the place

You should retake the lsat. You should not attend law school with a 151 score.
Edit: I realize that was kind of snarky--what I mean is that a 151 will not get you the type of scholarship money that justifies you attending these schools. You'll have to take on unnecessary debt to attend a school that will leave you in a disadvantaged position of getting an
attorney job.

Estate Planning and I currently work with an attorney in this field...there is a need for Spanish speaking attorneys. My other interest is immigration law.

Is this estate planning attorney planning on taking you into their practice after you graduate? And will you be making enough money to essentially make law school free?
If the answer to either of these questions is "No", then do not go to any of these schools.

I'd study and retake for a full ride or at least a lot closer to one.
These are pretty crappy schools to pay a lot for.

Please watch the movie: A Laywer Walks into a Bar.
One of the people they profile is a dude who failed the bar 42 times. Guess which school he went to? You guessed it: Western State.
