Scholarship is hypothetical, but say

~50k NU vs ~50k GULC NY Biglaw or bust.

Which school is better for that?

I know NU's fed clerk + big law percentage is much higher than GULC's, but their NY biglaw placement is lower.

If NU, then at what amount of scholarship does it make sense to go to GULC rather than NU?

You should wait for your scholarship offers. If you want to play hypos, especially regarding the value of gulc, just use the search function.

It's only February, way too early for a choosing thread. Come back with all your offers when you have them.

But scholarship being equal, which one would be better for my goals?

I researched a bunch of threads but nowhere is there really specific information regarding the difference between the two schools with NY biglaw.

If NU has lower NYC Biglaw it's due to self selection into midwest markets, not weaker placement power.

NY is pretty obtainable from NU, most people just self-select into Chicago.
