International Student and High GPA. Which school to apply?

Dear tls friends,
So I am an international student studying in a us college (~30 on the ranking, small public college with fairly good reputation). I am a double major in Physics and Philosophy, having both major GPAs and overall GPA around 3.98. I have taken June LSAT with a 167 after three weeks of intense studying. Plan to retake in Sep. Current PT scores are ~173, so I am very positive about a 170+. My question is, do my stats give me a fair chance at med T14? What about CCN and HYS? I am not a native speaker, but have taken intense reading and writing classes (mostly of them are from Philosophy and English departments) with great grades. I don't have a very strong financial concern about the tuition & fee (aka $$ is good but can go with a sticker if necessary)
I'm starting to narrow down my law school lists, so if you can provide me with any information about a nice program that you think is suitable for me, that will be very much appreciated. Currently I am just browsing through all t14 websites, but don't really have much a clue about nice programs out there other than t14 or about what t14 is a match for me.
I am interested in ip law since I am a science person.. corporate laws or immigration laws are my second choice. I want to stay in US for work (at least for 2 years) after I graduate from law school so job placement is a concern. I don't have a green card and won't be able to get it anytime soon.
Thank y'all
