Transfer to Michigan or UCLA

I am currently at a 40s school and am committed to transferring up. So far, I have been accepted to Michigan and UCLA. Which one should I choose, and why? I'm waiting to hear from Berkeley and Stanford. At this point, I am inclined to attend Michigan.
My goal is to work in Bay Area IP big law. I'm currently completing a 1L SA doing just that.

Unless you get berkeley/stanford I would just stay if you already got great opportunities at your current school. And if you are getting something like full scholly then I would probably just stay either way. Top of the class at any T1 school has pretty much same employment outcomes in terms of big law as virtually any t14. So why pay more if you already got great opportunities?

Assuming your firm will invite you to return, why the hell would you transfer?

Top 15% but I'm paying sticker at my current school. I feel very lucky that I obtained the 1L SA; I am not taking anything for granted and want to ensure that I can practice big law. I have no confidence of that outcome at my current school.

I won't know that outcome until it's too late to transfer. And I would rather have options beyond the one firm where I'm completing an SA.

Also, I would appreciate simply a better quality education; I have been less than satisfied with the offerings at my current school.
