Interested in regulation?

I wanted to let the community know that Penn has a really cool program if you're interested in regulatory or policy work. It's a student run news site that also publishes work from academics, practitioners, government officials, and even judges.

The founder summarized the student experience in a recent piece you can read here. Lots of students have played this card at OCI with DC firms, and some even had the chance to publish during the summer between 1L and 2L.

You can follow us on Facebook if you're looking to impress Penn's admissions committee, or if you just like staying in the know.

That's it for my sales pitch. If you read this far, you've earned the right to direct 0L anxiety to my inbox.

I'm not sure why you called me into this thread. I don't have a problem with the OP. I think it's great when relatively unprestigious schools like Penn promote skills programs that give their students a better shot at competing in the marketplace. These kids need tools to dig themselves out of the hole they jumped into when they decided to attend Penn.

If you are lobbying, which you never are, it's very important that you are not a lobbyist.

They told us to stop referring to ourselves as that because we were tarnishing their trademark.
