1. I'll be financing the rest of my legal education with private loans.

2. I'm interested in practicing corporate law after graduation.

3. I would like to work overseas after spending some time in the US.

4. I prefer Cornell Law School because of its employment rate and large firm score.

Which school would you choose if you were me? Much appreciated!

There is no universe where Cornell at sticker is worth it...

If his/her parents have 20 billion dollars, if OP has a job lined up wherein he/she will make 500k a year right out of LS but ONLY IF he/she goes to Cornell, etc. Obviously those are insanely rare/probably near-impossible (the latter one at least) situations, but they are indeed universes where Cornell at sticker might be worth it.

Too strong of a statement bro. We need more deets on OP's situation.

Cornell at sticker is just WAY too much, unless your parents are insanely rich like somethingelse said, lol. But we do need some more information from you.

LSAT score? Can you retake? You should probably retake/not go.

Yeah not enough info here. For example, since you mentioned private loans and wanting to work overseas, are you not a U.S. citizen and would you need biglaw to sponsor a visa? If so, then UCLA and Vandy would be too risky, but retake is still probably the best option.

None of these choices are good. UCLA and Vanderbilt you have less than a coinflip chance of getting a biglaw job. Cornell you'll probably get one, but then spend 4-5 years just breaking even.
