How strong are your ties in Florida? Is a retake not an option? Your goals are somewhat specific but also a bit vague. Can you provide anything more specific? Are you leaning more towards a firm job or more towards working as an ASA? Do you want to clerk? What sort of firm job would you want?(biglaw?)

The argument for retaking would be to push it up quite a bit higher and get a full ride to one of these schools or into a t14 school. Although, you did say that finances aren't a concern. Out of these options, I'd say UF is the best option considering your goals. Clerking and biglaw will be tough at UF but if you want to be a prosecutor in Florida, it's going to offer you better networking opportunities for that goal. There are others better qualified to give you advice on the AUSA goal. From what I know, clerkships are generally valuable for that. That'll be tough at UF. Which is where retaking and trying to get into a t14 school would help.

With my GPA, 2-3 more points on the LSAT maybe moves me from Vandy waitlist to Vandy admit but that's about it. I don't think it gets me off Gtown waitlist, or into UVA, Duke, etc. At this point I don't see a retake being worth it. I'd be interested to hear the argument for a retake in my situation, though.
I have a similar gpa and a 4 point higher lsat. Accepted to GULC, Duke, and UVA. Vandy with good money...fwiw

I have a lower GPA (only a 3.0) and 5 points higher on the LSAT. I received close to a full ride to UF, GULC with money, and an acceptance to UVA. Also, the first time I took the LSAT I scored a 166. If you can raise your LSAT to a 169-170 I see no reason why you wouldn't get somewhere in the T-14/better offers to the schools you are considering. The below link shows your options go up significantly if you can score in the 168-170 range.
