Cardozo or UConn-Help me I am torn and I need to decide ASAP

To start, please don't tell me to retake LSAT, took it 3 times with 161 top score, 3.61 GPA from top 15 LAC. In a huge situation right now, in at Cardozo with full ride, in at UConn with half ride, probably can get it raised with some negotiation. From CT, not sure I want to stay in CT forever though. Cardozo seems very attractive to me except UConn is ranked higher and the name UConn just owns in CT (except for Yale)... I have heard UConn may have SOME Boston and NY reach but probably harder to get into those job markets. Still waiting on a few Tier 1, but I am going to get rejected. Waitlisted BU, BC, Emory, WashU (sigh...), would it make a huge difference if I could get into a school like BU vs attending UConn (besides ranking)? Opinions on my situation please!! Def not a BigLaw person (I think/wouldnt be able to anyway from my options), maybe midsize/small firm with medical malpractice/PI focus, who knows... Im just leaning toward UConn rn rather than Dozo... Whatcha think? My heart keeps telling me UConn because of it's rep and familiarity (i have friends/family that go and have went there etc), but then part of me pulls toward Cardozo because I've always wanted to experience NYC or Boston (and I want to leave my comfort zone and challenge myself) and Im not sure I can get a NY job coming out of UConn.
