I'd go for ND also. However, if you're wanting more mobility then GULC but that is a lot of money to have to pay back.

It doesn't really sound like you want to be a lawyer, it just sounds like you want to be someone who wears a suit to work. Given that you have a business degree, I think I would get a job for at least a couple years and then see what happens from there. If you realize that you actually do want to be a lawyer you can go to law school later, it will still be there. If you really do have an "entrepreneurial spirit" or whatever then I think you will be pretty disappointed if you end up attending law school.
GULC is too expensive here and ND isn't the type of school you should attend without decently specific career and geographic goals IMO.

I'd bet a substantial amount of money that retaking and/or waiting is, in fact, a viable option. Being obstinate is not a helpful trait if you're looking for useful advice.
