UH v. Northeastern

I want to go into PI and aspire to work for a government agency. I am a URM and Texas resident. When looking at UH, they don't have a strong PI program. Northeastern offers the co-op program that guarantees a full year of work experience by the time you graduate. Northeastern also boasts a more flushed out PI program. I am worried because Northeastern is ranked pretty low. Money is not a concern and I think it would be insightful to leave Texas. Thoughts?

I'm concerned that neither school will get you where you want to go. Northeastern has a bad employment score on law school transparency:

Law schools are mostly regional in terms of employment.

This is the same chart from UH:

Does UH have clinics that you can take during school? That experience is probably equivalent to whatever Northeastern offers.
