Georgetown PT vs T2/T3 Chicago Schools ($$)

Hiya,
Currently between the following:
Georgetown PT at sticker, leaving me to debt finance 150k
Loyola FT w/$, debt financing 71k
Chicago-Kent PT w/$, debt financing 46k
(financed amounts include COA/living taking)
I'm currently geared towards tax which makes Georgetown an obvious choice, but the PT option puts me at 5 years out from an LL.M in Tax all while working like a dog during the day. When weighed against going full time at Loyola for half the debt burden, or part-time at close to a third at Chicago-Kent, I start to think that I could be just as happy at a medium size law firm in bankruptcy or T/E and could get there from a non-T14 (therefore taking the pressure off Georgetown) - obviously permitting OCI goes well, top of my class, etc., etc.
I've got about 30k in undergrad debt with a decent tax-centered accounting job. I'm open to raw opinions. Wouldn't retake/wait a year. End the line for me.
Thanks for your thoughts!
